Causes of Poor Drainage of Bullet Ice Maker

The ice maker is a kind of refrigeration mechanical equipment that produces ice after the water passes through the evaporator and is cooled by the refrigeration system refrigerant. It adopts the refrigeration system and uses water that passes through a certain equipment in the energized state as a carrier to make ice. Depending on the different principles of evaporators and production methods, the shape of the ice cubes produced is also different. People generally divide ice makers into granular ice maker (cylindrical, cube, moon), snow flake ice maker, flake ice maker, plate ice maker, tube ice maker, spherical ice maker, etc. according to the shape of ice.
 
Bullet ice making machines (cylindrical) generally use spray ice making method. This  method has a low freezing point and can reach below minus 20°C. The contact area  between the cylindrical surfaces is small, so it is not easy to stick into a mass, and is convenient for use. Ice cubes have high hardness, low temperature, slow melting speed, and is crystal clear. Bullet ice maker is suitable for use in laboratories, bars, hotels, high-end clubs, coffee shops, cold drinks shops and other places.
 
When we operate the bullet ice machine, it may get some problems after a period of use. For example, the bullet ice machine does not drain smoothly. So, what are the causes of this failure?
 
Causes of poor drainage of bullet ice maker:
1. After the evaporator of the ice maker is damaged, the water molecules in the freezing chamber and the water vapor molecules in the air will be brought into the compressor after the long-term start-up. When the machine is turned on, the negative pressure phenomenon will appear, and the atmospheric pressure brings damp moisture into the interior of the equipment.
2. After the process tube of the equipment is opened, it is not sealed and not repaired in time, instead it is left there for a long time and occasionally used, so the moisture in the air will be brought into the inside of the machine from the nozzle.
3. During the pressure leakage test, the water vapor in the air is compressed into water, and injected into the pipe to cause ice blockage.
4. The drying filter has been used for too long, which will cause the equipment to age and the drying and water absorption function to disappear.
